Hooligans Cause Disturbance in Boundary Park

Between six and ten alcohol fueled hooligans once again caused a disturbance in Boundary Park around midnight this past Saturday evening. These inconsiderate individuals, occupying

the east side of Boundary Park Lake, not only woke sleeping neighbours with their loud noise they also left behind a number of beer cans for neighbours to clean up on Sunday morning.

The Saturday evening disturbance was reported to the Surrey RCMP Complaint Desk. The on-duty report clerk, while most understanding of the situation, was unable to guarantee that the police would be able to respond to this complaint.

However it should be noted that the noise did abruptly stop at approximately 12:30 AM so there is reason to believe that the RCMP did answer the complaint.

In another noise disturbance complaint, residents of Boundary Park  were again woken Monday morning at approximately 2:30 AM by a group of intoxicated young men and women who congregated at the Gate 1 park entrance on Boundary Drive West.  Gate 1 is a popular location for drug dealers and users to meet.

The Fall monsoon season cannot arrive too soon.
