Sadly only 2 million people out of a world population of 7 billion people get to live in the Greater Vancouver area. But living in Vancouver does not necessarily make you a "Vancouverite."
To become a full fledged Vancouverite comes with a set of rules that every aspiring citizen must not only learn but also practice on a daily basis. The following video illustrates my point....
